  • How can I change my shipping address ?
    • By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your AgreenPo account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

  • When can I expect refund for my returned item?
    • Only Applicable on Dry Items like Herbs Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund. - For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount. - For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2 hours. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

  • How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
    • After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once fruits/Vegitables are dispached to your address.

  • How do I make payments using Paymnet Gatway? How does it work?
    • RazorPay is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to system for your order. It's fast, easy & secure.

  • Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?
    • Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
    • Members who ship their orders within Singapore should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to five (5) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed??
    • An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your Agreenpo account. \n

  • What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
    • Sellers usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

  • I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
    • The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

  • What is an OTP or verification code?
    • An OTP (One Time Password) or verification code is a password/code used to verify your mobile number or email ID when you log into your Agreenpo account for the first time. OTP verification will be also be done in other cases like creating an account, password recovery, and updating email/mobile details.
